In accordance with a notification from the health
department, govt. of the Punjab, admission on deputation cannot be
granted to applicants having govt. service experience
(contract + regular) less then (5) five years except the
exempted disciplines. |

private selected candidates are directed to contact the
admission cell at PGMI, 6-birdwood road Lahore for
verification of original documents and deposit of fee. |
|
|
After verification they will be given a fee payment slip
to deposit the fees. |
|
|
After submission of fee they will be handed over
the joining report Proforma. candidates will get is
signed by the concerned head of the department and will
submit the original copy to the admission cell before
1.10.2011 |

Last date for the deposit of fee for private
candidate is 20.08.2011. candidates selected on
deputation basis will pay fee after issuance of
deputation orders from health department |

If selected candidates do not pay the fee before
20.08.2011 their admissions will be cancelled and
applicants on waiting lists will be granted admission
against their seats. |

|
Second Merit list will be displayed on 25.08.2011 |

Limited numbers of stipends are available for private
candidates all admitted private candidates do not get
stipend |

|
candidates selected on deputation basis are directed to
submit their missing documents before 10.08.2011.
otherwise they will not be recommended to
the health department for the issuance of the deputation
orders. |

candidates working on contract basis selected as a
private candidates have to provide the
resignation from the service (approved) otherwise
admission letter will not be issued to them. |

|
All admissions are discipline specified- Selected
candidates cannot change the course throughout the
duration of the course. |
